From February 23rd to 25th, the Florida Venture Forum hosted its annual venture capital conference.
The Forum is one of the largest venture events in the U.S., where you can hear pitches from Florida’s top companies, gain insights from high-level panel discussions and speakers, and enjoy numerous networking and social events. A key takeaway from this year's experts’ presentations is that Florida’s vibrant and prosperous business climate continues to grow and attract more entrepreneurs and investors, many of whom are heading to Florida in droves from less business-friendly jurisdictions to expand a robust emerging company ecosystem in a variety of industries, including software and tech, healthcare, logistics, and aviation/aerospace.
Gunster shareholder Milton Vescovacci serves as a board member, executive committee member, and outside general counsel for the Florida Venture Forum. He attended the conference alongside Gunster's new Associate Gil Greber.
