Gunster attorney Anta Plowden will participate in the Habitat for Humanity Greater Palm Beach County's 2025 Veterans Build on November 7, 2025. Before going to law school, Anta was a decorated combat pilot in the United States Air Force with multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. Anta is currently a member of Gunster's Business Litigation practice and also serves on the Veterans Build 2025 Committee.
Veterans Build is an annual fundraiser and community build/repair effort that supports veterans and active service members in our community. This year’s event will feature a variety of projects across Palm Beach County benefiting veterans, including new home construction and several home repair projects.
Habitat for Humanity Greater Palm Beach is an organization dedicated to building homes, communities, and hope. At the center of the organization’s efforts, it strives to provide safe and decent homes for families in need of affordable housing.
Anta Plowden is an associate in the firm's Business Litigation practice group. Anta concentrates his practice on complex commercial disputes in both federal and state court. Prior to joining the firm, Anta gained experience as a litigation associate working with both national and international clients at the federal and state level. Anta also maintains an active pro bono practice that, among other things, focuses on securing veterans' rights and benefits.
