Gunster is proud to announce that Shareholders Danielle DeVito-Hurley, Mario Garcia-Serra, Richard C. Grant and Brian M. Seymour have been named to Florida Trend’s 2025 Legal Elite NOTABLE Real Estate & Land Use Attorneys list. Only 50 lawyers across the state earned a place on this year’s roster— highlighting each individual's exceptional breadth of knowledge and experience in real estate and/or land-use matters as well as their commitment to the economic growth and vitality of Florida’s communities.
Florida Trend compiled the list through a confidential, statewide peer-nomination process designed to identify attorneys whose professional accomplishments, industry influence and civic engagement set them apart. Each nomination underwent a rigorous, multi-tiered review by the magazine’s editorial team before final selection.
