Recently, Gunster's Mario Garcia-Serra and Bobby Behar guided their clients, Beacon Hill Property Group, in the launch of the first project in Miami-Dade County to be fully conceived, designed, and approved under the Live Local Act.
Beacon Hill at Princeton is comprised of multiple three-story buildings with a total of 112 rental apartments. In contrast to many other proposals, this project prioritizes affordability by utilizing straightforward, low-rise designs. This approach has established Beacon Hill at Princeton as an example for future projects, as the developers remain committed to ensuring all units are workforce housing.
