On January 15, a land use team led by Miguel Diaz de la Portilla and Elinette Ruiz-Diaz de la Portilla secured unanimous approval from the Doral City Council for client MG3 DORAL OFFICE LLC’s “Doral Concourse” project, advancing a high-quality activation of an existing office asset along Doral Boulevard.
The approval authorizes a Land Use Amendment and Rezoning to the Doral Mixed Use category, together with a site plan and Master Development Agreement, enabling the integration of 19,565 square feet of restaurant use within the existing office building at 8400 NW 36th Street.
The Doral Concourse entitlement package positions the project to deliver a curated dining experience that elevates the public realm, enhances on-site activation, and contributes to the continued evolution of Doral’s mixed-use landscape.
