George's practice is defined by the breadth of his capabilities. At its core, he architects and executes advanced wealth transfer and tax reduction strategies tailored to the unique complexities of generational wealth. His experience across the full spectrum of planning disciplines—including income and transfer tax planning, business succession, expatriation, pre-immigration planning, foreign investment in the United States, Florida law, and charitable planning—sets him apart as a versatile practitioner who seamlessly integrates multiple areas of the law into a unified planning approach. He regularly advises fiduciaries in estate, trust, and guardianship matters and has a particular expertise in high-value cross-border administrations. George also represents beneficiaries in disputes, litigation and other contested matters--combining planning acumen, fiduciary experience, and litigation capability to guide clients through high-stakes, complex and turbulent matters with care and precision.
George has authored articles, presented at national and regional speaking engagements, and provided expert commentary on a wide range of topics, including cross-border probate and guardianship issues, community property disposition laws, foreign investment in the United States, life insurance techniques for business succession, estate planning in anticipation of divorce, planning with partnerships and S-corporations, and complex trust administration and fiduciary liability issues.
