Overview
Jaime Wallace practices in the area of family law, which includes handling a wide range of divorce cases, post-divorce matters, preparation of marital agreements, paternity matters, and custody cases.
Jaime guides clients through family law matters with a practical and informed approach during what can be a significant life transition. She works to help clients understand the legal process, available options, and potential outcomes so they can make informed decisions regarding their matters. Jaime is committed to providing responsive representation and advocating for her clients' interests throughout the course of the proceedings.
Jaime maintains a professional approach to client representation and has experience handling matters through litigation and courtroom proceedings.
Jaime joined Icard Merrill as an associate in 1985 and became a shareholder in 2006. She continues her practice with Gunster following the firm's integration with Icard Merrill. Prior to entering private practice, she served as a law clerk to Florida Supreme Court Justice James C. Adkins.
