Karina counsels high-net-worth individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning matters, with an emphasis on implementing tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies and lifetime gifting techniques. She develops customized estate plans tailored to each client’s personal, family, and financial objectives while helping preserve wealth across generations.
Her practice includes the preparation of a wide range of estate planning documents, including various types of trusts, wills, and other advanced planning instruments. Karina works closely with clients throughout the planning process to ensure their estate plans reflect their goals and provide clarity and confidence for the future.
Karina also advises fiduciaries and beneficiaries on all aspects of Florida probate and trust administration. In addition, she assists clients with judicial and nonjudicial trust modifications and reformations.
