Kassandra Rebull is an experienced U.S. immigration and nationality law attorney with the Immigration Practice Group at Gunster. A fluent speaker of both English and Spanish, Kassandra represents clients in preparing immigration petitions submitted for adjudication by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and by the U.S. Department of State in consular visa matters.
Her expertise encompasses a spectrum of visa categories, including O-1 and EB-1 Extraordinary Ability Individuals, H-1B and E-3 Specialty Occupation Workers, L-1 Intracompany Transferees and EB-1 Multinational Executives and Managers, TN Professionals, and PERM Labor Certifications. Kassandra also specializes in family-based immigration matters, such as marriage-based green card applications and naturalization applications, providing tailored solutions that address the unique circumstances and objectives of her clients. Prior to joining Gunster, Kassandra worked as an immigration associate at a national law firm, where she represented clients in employment-based and family-based immigration matters. Kassandra routinely represented clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in their immigration case interviews.
