Laura is an attorney in Gunster’s Miami office, where she helps U.S. companies navigate the complexities of immigration to secure reliable labor solutions and foreign talent. She focuses on employment-based immigrant petitions and petitions for nonimmigrant (temporary) workers. Laura is experienced in interfacing with various U.S. government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Department of State, U.S. Customs and Border Protection and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Laura recognizes that there is never a one-size-fits-all approach to resolve issues. Rather, she carefully analyzes the circumstances of each foreign national’s case and similarly evaluates all options for their dependent family members.
