Overview
Marc Faust is a member of the firm's Real Estate Group, representing clients in various sectors of the real estate industry, including development, ownership, retail, leasing, brokerage and management. He has extensive experience in handling complex real estate transactions, such as the development and expansion of a major home improvement retailer throughout Florida and the development and operation of award-winning senior living facilities by a leading provider. He also serves as general counsel to a prominent senior living company and advises national title insurance companies on complex title insurance issues and claims. He is AV peer rated and a respected leader in his field.
