Overview

As Business Development Manager, Natalie partners with Gunster’s attorneys and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive practice growth and strengthen the firm’s market presence. She identifies new business opportunities, enhances client engagement, and helps position attorneys and practice groups for long-term success through data-driven strategies and collaborative planning.

Before joining Gunster, Natalie spent seven years at a prominent international New York City law firm, where she supported the firm’s litigation practices through business development, strategic planning, competitive intelligence, client proposals, and marketing initiatives. Her experience combines market insight, relationship-building, and technology to create meaningful growth opportunities and deliver exceptional client service.

Outside of work, Natalie is an avid foodie who enjoys discovering new restaurants, recreating intricate recipes at home, and drawing inspiration from flavors around the world. She values supporting local businesses and appreciates the role that thoughtful, sustainable choices can play in strengthening the community.
