Gunster's Tyson Pulsifer

Overview

Raised in Sarasota, Tyson works out of Gunster’s Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota offices. His practice focuses primarily on real estate law and civil litigation. He litigates real estate, business and commercial disputes and represents individuals and businesses in the timeshare industry.

Tyson also provides general representation to condominium, homeowners and timeshare associations for corporate governance and governing document enforcement.

Previously, Tyson was a partner in a law firm based out of St. Petersburg, where he primarily represented community associations and businesses in the Tampa Bay area. Tyson lives in Lakewood Ranch with his wife and children.
