Wesley Madonna

Overview

Wesley Madonna is an attorney in Gunster’s Business Litigation practice. Drawing on his federal clerkship experience, Wesley helps clients navigate complex commercial disputes with an approach grounded in careful analysis, practical judgment, and effective litigation strategy.

Prior to joining the firm, Wesley clerked for two U.S. District Court judges: the Honorable Emily C. Marks, former chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama, and the Honorable Julie S. Sneed of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. As a law clerk, Wesley’s responsibilities included actively managing substantial civil dockets, preparing for jury and bench trials, and drafting orders involving a variety of legal issues—from qui tam lawsuits to breach of contract claims to trademark disputes.

While in law school, Wesley served as a teaching assistant for Legal Writing I and II. He also spent a semester as an intern with the United States Department of Justice’s Civil Division in the Constitutional & Specialized Torts Litigation Section, conducting research in support of litigation.  

Outside of the office, Wesley enjoys reading and spending time with his wife and children.
