Timothy Danninger Headshot

Overview

A skilled and versatile litigation lawyer, Tim Danninger resolves high-stakes and complex cases for companies in federal and state courts in Florida and throughout the United States. He leads large teams and, at times, manages thousands of cases, claimants and claims for clients, taking on mass tort, class action and product liability cases in multidistrict litigation and state-level individual and consolidated proceedings.

Tim has a broad breadth of experience, having handled a wide variety of cases involving everything from complex contract disputes to product litigation on behalf of the leading e-cigarette manufacturer, Juul Labs. His experience spans many other areas, including real estate and trust litigation.

With a degree in biology, Tim can conceptualize the complex sciences that underlie his cases. He works closely with medical professionals, including toxicologists, pulmonologists, neurologists, and other specialists, as well as financial and risk factors experts to build the strongest case possible. Tim is relentlessly dedicated to absorbing the details of every case—pursuing information, planning strategy and applying extraordinary effort and focus. He finds that this attention to detail often gives him a crucial edge. Tim's goal is to chart the best path forward for each client, delivering clear, compelling arguments grounded in the facts and tailored to his clients' risk profiles, business goals and long-term objectives.

In addition to his litigation practice, Tim regularly counsels clients on dispute avoidance and risk management. Drawing on his extensive litigation and courtroom experience, he advises clients on how best to anticipate, avoid and address potential legal issues before they escalate into litigation.

Beyond the firm, from 2020 through 2025, Tim served on The Florida Board of Bar Examiners and as its elected board chair from 2024-2025. The Florida Board of Bar Examiners is responsible for all attorney character and fitness and bar admissions matters in Florida.
