Her practice emphasizes balancing legal strategy with practical business considerations while guiding projects through Florida’s multifaceted regulatory landscape. Throughout her career, she has guided residential, office, industrial, and agricultural projects from initial conception through completion, striving to deliver tailored solutions that advance client objectives and serve local community needs.
Spake earned her J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law and her bachelor's degree from Wingate University.
