Gunster, one of Florida’s oldest and largest full-service business law firms, is pleased to share Frank Florio, Zachary Jacobson, Thom Jenks, and Jack Rice have been promoted to shareholder status.
This marks a significant milestone in each attorney's legal career, and the firm celebrates each of these individuals for their dedication to their legal practice, clients and the firm.
Gunster's newest shareholders:
Frank is based in the Fort Lauderdale office in the Business Litigation practice. He focuses on commercial real estate disputes, partnership dissolutions, business interruption insurance, and medical service class actions.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and his B.A. from Tulane University.
Zach resides in the firm’s West Palm Beach office in the Real Estate practice. He focuses on real estate transactions, acquisitions, development, construction, disposition, leasing, and financing of commercial and residential properties.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and his B.S. from Babson College.
Thom is a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice in Jacksonville. He focuses on a variety of commercial real estate transactions. In addition, he has experience representing clients in business and corporate matters, ranging from entity formation and structuring to asset and equity transfers.
Thom earned his J.D. from the University of Oregon and his B.A. from the University of Florida.
Jack is based in the West Palm Beach office in the Real Estate practice. He focuses on land use and zoning, administrative and governmental law, and environmental law and related litigation.
He earned his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law and his M.S.P. and B.S. from Florida State University.
