Thom Jenks

Overview

Thom is a shareholder in Gunster’s Jacksonville Office where he is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. He focuses his practice on a variety of commercial real estate transactions involving the acquisition, financing, development and disposition of mixed use, industrial, office, and multi-family projects as well as office and industrial leasing.

Thom is also a member of Gunster’s Construction Law Practice Group and has extensive experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of construction, design, and other professional service agreements.

Thom is actively involved with the Cambodian Children’s Fund and enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
