Jacob T. Buck joins the firm's Tax practice group in the Tampa office. His practice focuses on structuring transactions, optimizing tax outcomes, and guiding clients through critical business decisions. Jacob works with business owners, family offices, and fiduciaries on matters at the intersection of tax and business strategy, including deal structuring, negotiation of key terms, and long-term considerations such as tax efficiency and wealth transfer. With prior experience at a mid-sized tax firm, Jacob brings a strong foundation in mergers and acquisitions, transactional tax planning, and estate planning.
Jacob earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, his J.D., cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law, and his B.A., magna cum laude, in Forensic Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology.
Isabella J. Forero joins Gunster's Corporate practice group as an attorney in the Fort Lauderdale office. Her practice focuses on complex business transactions and general corporate advisory, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, venture capital and minority investments, divestitures, and commercial contracts. Isabella advises businesses, private equity sponsors, entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders on strategic transactions across a wide range of industries. Before joining Gunster, she advised private equity sponsors at a major national law firm on middle-market transactions.
Isabella earned her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she graduated as a Class Marshal, and her B.A. from St. John's University.
