Overview
Gabrielle Wilson is an associate in Gunster's Jacksonville office and a member of the firm's Business Litigation practice group. She is committed to thoroughly understanding her clients' businesses and products, which enables her to build strong working relationships and develop informed strategies that advance their interests in litigation and beyond.
Gabrielle focuses her practice on the defense of products liability actions, including federal multidistrict litigation, coordinated proceedings in state court, attorney general enforcement actions, and class actions. By immersing herself in case details and her clients' operations, she provides valuable insight at every stage of litigation—from initial pleadings through post-settlement wind-down administration. A lifelong learner, Gabrielle is dedicated to mastering complex subject areas, promoting close collaboration with experts across fields ranging from the hard sciences to marketing and business strategy to the arts and humanities. In addition to her contributions to expert discovery, Gabrielle has experience throughout the litigation process and served as a key member of the trial team for a seven-week jury trial in Alaska.
Gabrielle graduated magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Before joining Gunster, she clerked in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division, where she gained unique insight into state court operations and developed a strong foundation in the trial process.
